Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged & in the same condition that you received it. Your return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. You’ll also need to provide us with the original packaging & your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at

support@aurancy.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Depending on the reason for refund, customers may be responsible for incurring costs to return goods to our warehouses. We will take a range of factors into consideration & the final decision is at the discretion of Aurancy

All refunds are returned to the original method of payment - times may range from 2-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by contacting support via email or our Facebook page. Orders which have been shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is damaged at delivery, please contact our support team at

support@aurancy.com who will arrange a replacement free of charge. 

 

Exchanges
Some items may be exchanged, however this is at the discretion of Aurancy. To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@aurancy.com who will evaluate the situation and advise how to proceed.
